HOW I WORK

My training allows me to work with a variety of approaches depending on what a person is looking to accomplish in treatment.

 

I’m inquiry-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental while working within a psychodynamic or relational frame.

I aim to help find insights, make some observations, look to help you better understand how your past could be influencing current behavior.  I listen closely to help you identify potential unhealthy patterns that may be restricting you from reaching your goals. 

 I strive to create an empathic and safe environment where we work at whatever pace is necessary to find a greater understanding of self and thus, more confidence and control over your life.
